新型混合制冷劑R1270R152aR13I1的理論研究

摘要:【中文摘要】 針對(duì)制冷劑R22的替代問(wèn)題,提出了一種適用于空調(diào)等制冷設(shè)備的環(huán)保型混合制冷劑R1270/R152a/R13I1。基于Refprop8.0,對(duì)R1270/R152a/R13I1的基本熱物理性質(zhì)和制冷系統(tǒng)循環(huán)性能進(jìn)行了分析,研究表明:在標(biāo)準(zhǔn)工況下,R1270/R152a/R13I1混合制冷劑的COP和單位容積制冷量均與R22相當(dāng),非常有利于直接灌注式替代;在變工況下,R1270/R152a/R13I1的滑移溫度較小,性能優(yōu)于R407C,單位容積制冷量與R407C和R22相當(dāng),是一種優(yōu)良的R22替代物。 【英文摘要】 A new refrigerant mixture,R1270/R152a/R13I1,is proposed as a substitute for R22 in this paper.The thermophysical properties of this environment-friendly mixture and its refrigeration system performance are theoretically analyzed with the software Refprop 8.0.The results show that the COP and the unit volume refrigerating capacity of the system with the new refrigerant mixture is equivalent to those with R22 under the standard working condition.Under the variable working condition,the temperature glide of the system with the new refrigerant mixture is lower and the COP is higher than that with R407C while the unit volume refrigerating capacity is equivalent to that with R407C or R22.It is likely that R1270/R152a/R13I1 is a drop-in substitute for R22 in the refrigeration systems. 【中文關(guān)鍵詞】 工程熱力學(xué); R1270/R152a/R13I1; 制冷劑; 性能; 環(huán)保【英文關(guān)鍵詞】 Engineering Thermodynamics; R1270/R152a/R13I1; Refrigerant; Performance; Environment friendly
